YIKES! I am really slacking on my working out right now. Last week I was out of town so I was only able to get my weight training portion in once. Thankfully the hotel did have a rather nice workout center so I was able to get on the treadmill both nights we stayed. Then over the weekend we were busy with Delana's room and I was fighting off a minor illness. And then today, I overslept so again I haven't done any weight training in over a week now. The only saving grace is that I DID go to zumba yesterday.
